Since 1995, Santorini Estiatorio has been transcending everyday Greek cuisine — an authentic, traditional experience in the heart of Thornhill. Starting with only the finest imported Greek ingredients, from oregano and organic olive oil to feta and fresh fish, we bring techniques learned in the kitchens of Greece to dishes prepared this side of the Atlantic.
