Located at Bayview and John in Thornhill,
Santorini resides in the property formally known as Thornlea.
The home was built by local farmer John Welsh in 1858.
The farm
was later bought by Charles Luther Burton, president of Robert
Simpson Limited. It served as a summer home for Mr. Burton,
his wife and five children.
Since 1995, 150 years later Dennis Triantafillos
has transformed this 19th century summer home into a
Mediterranean gem.
Santorini is a popular upscale restaurant
with an inviting atmosphere and plenty of room for hosting
special events.
